So I was telling you guys on my previous update that I'd be giving you information to Canada's Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Well here it is. To help you better understand, let me discuss it to you in detail and in the simplest manner possible.
"How does PNP relate to Express Entry (EE)?"
PNP is actually a different program set out by the Federal government of Canada. It can be applied through the paper-based application (non-Express Entry streams) or the Express Entry (Express Entry streams) process. If you have an Express Entry profile AND get nominated by a certain province, a 600 points will automatically be added to your EE ranking score.
"Who are the ones qualified to apply under the said program?"
Let us describe it with the formula below

If you were the province, you would eventually do everything to get the most tax earning professions in your area. This explains why each province has different sets of professions.
Since most of our applicants are under the Express Entry stream, I will be listing down below professions that could ease up your way to getting the 600 points.

Aside from the above opportunity, the Skilled Workers Overseas category also nominates applicants who demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba through:
the support of family members or friends;
through previous education or work experience in the province; or
through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative
